Miami moves depend on building schedules, loading access, and a route that can change by the hour. Gomez Moving La Viajera confirms those details before the truck is dispatched.

Confirm access before choosing the arrival window

Reserve high-rise service elevators and loading windows early. Share stairs, gates, parking limits, and long carries with the estimator.

Keep essential items outside the moving load

Carry medication, documents, keys, chargers, and first-night items with you. Label the remaining boxes by destination room.

Review the local route

Confirm parking access at both addresses before crew arrival. Keep one reachable contact available at both addresses.

Prepare for move-day conditions

Plan around bridge traffic, downtown events, and afternoon storms. Clear walking paths and point out fragile or unusually heavy pieces during the opening walkthrough.
